Chapter 42. Your Father Is Still Alive?

“I’ll order us something else to eat.” He said, packing away the dishes.

“Is it also gonna be spaghetti?”

“If you want.”

“Yay.” She said dramatically, earning a smile from him.

The order came through after a little more than twenty minutes. Belle was the one to open the door and receive the food they ordered.

Leaving it on the dining table, she went to the kitchen to let him know the food had arrived because he was cleaning up what remained from the horrible dish he made.

She almost bumped into him because he was on his way out with two wine glasses in his hands. He wanted them to have wine.

“Why do you have those glasses?” She noticed them.

“We are going to have wine.”
