Chapter 92. Nathan’s Visit

She threw the duvet off her and reached for the phone when she heard it. Ben handed it to her from behind. She sighed and shook her head, not believing she had been searching aimlessly for it all the while.

The thankful smile that formed on her lips after Ben gave the phone to her disappeared when she saw the name of the person calling on her phone’s screen. It was Brie. She decided to pick it up, even though she wasn’t ready to speak to her.

“Heyy,” Belle just said.

“Where are you?” She heard Brie almost immediately.

“Uhm...”

“You are with him, aren’t you?”

“I had a rethink and...”

“OH my god, Belle.” She heard Brie say, “What’s the point of deciding to stay away from him if you are still going to change your mind?!”
