Chapter 93. Clouded by Lust

Belle returned with a new glass. Setting it on the table, she joined him on the sofa but gave him some safe distance.

"Let me do that," he offered to pour some wine for her before doing so for himself.

He saw her lift the glass to her lips and waited patiently for her to have the wine. His hands felt clammy as nervous guilt took over him.

Belle gulped all of her glass content in one drink. She reached for the bottle to pour herself another glass, she had no trouble finishing the whole bottle alone since she knew it was non-alcoholic; she didn't know he had added something to it.

"Isn't that too much?" He asked when she filled the glass more than he did the first time, more guilt taking over him.

"Nah, I actually need this. I didn't know how much I needed it till you suggested it, thank you." She smiled and gulped half of her glass again."Won't you have yours?" She saw that he hadn't drunk any from his glass so she asked.
