Chapter 71

Morgan, Roi and Julie have been sitting at the dinner for a while now. Roi has been doing most of the talking while Julie will jump in to say one or two things, whilst Morgan Daniels mainly listened.

"Our apologies will never make up for the pain we cost you, but we're ready to do anything it takes to have you in our lives. You're my sister Morgan and I love you. I never meant to hurt you" at this point, Roi was in tears as he spoke.

"I have a nine-year-old daughter who doesn't know she has an aunty somewhere, because of my mistakes in the past. I can't live like this again" Roi's sobs became uncontrollable, and tears were running down his cheeks like water running down a hill. Julie put a comforting hand on his shoulder. Morgan's eyes were starting to water too.

"I am so sorry Morgan" Roi slides his hand across the table and took Morgan's hand in his. "Please forgive me" he begged, looking at her with pain in his eyes.
