Chapter 11. Forgive Me

Third-Person POV

As everything progress in the conference room, Matthew can’t help the burst of pride swelling in him. Both he and Blade are so proud of how their Luna handles herself.

She is a natural leader, and doesn’t take any of the men’s shit. He would have intervened, but didn’t feel it was necessary. She got this, and when she created the barrier between a clearly distressed Laurel and her father, he was chuckling inside.

This was his badass mate, and she was handling everything like a queen. Little did Matthew know just how accurate that description of Abby indeed was.

“Alpha Matthew, do you not have anything to say about the way your mate is behaving?” Leo asks and forces Matt back from his daydreams of his mate.

“No.” was the simple answer. “

She is correct and has my full support. Everything said and done here is done a little unorthodox, but that does not mean wrong. Quite the opposite.” He continues with a bright smile.
