Chapter 66. Go Time

Mira’s POV

I am so bored these days. Magoth told us we were not confined to our rooms anymore, but that does not mean I actually did anything but stay in there or in the courtyard. More people have left our camp, which means we are less than we hoped for to attack Silver Moon when the time comes. I don’t care. I have one goal and one goal only, as I know Narine has her own goals and Magoth’s has his.

He wants revenge over the King and Queen in the underworld for not allowing him to wage war under their name, and to kill them and have “proper” rulers on the throne. I have actually done some research in the small library we have here, and the information I gathered there, along with the gossip I have heard around the camp, paints a bloody picture of the past.

Narine wants to be Queen of the underworld, and she wants the current King to herself for some reason or other. I don’t really care about that part, but I do know she wants Queen Willow, former Queen Abig
