Abigail’s POV

“I’m sorry, Blade, but I’m really okay. The girls rescued me. As for who kidnapped me. Well… It was Keres, the goddess of evil, demons and every dark creature out there.”

Blade huffs before he lets Matt take control once again. I have missed those deep forest green orbs, the smile, and the scent of pine and fresh rain. Matt embraces me in his muscular arms, sniffing my hair, relaxing under my touch. I look around the room of people, my family, that has just been expanded by two fresh faces. I lock eyes with the unfamiliar girl. She blushes under my stare, but I smile.

“Hi. We have not been introduced yet, but thank you for saving me. I’m Abby, by the way.” I say with a laugh. The girl sends us a small wave.

“Hi Luna Abby, my name is Sami and I’m the mate of Alpha Benjamin. I am actually a hybrid—vampire and werewolf.” The girl tries to hide behind her mate, but Benjamin pulls her in front of him and puts his arms around her.

“Omg, t
