“Beeeeeeeeeep.” The sound is desperate and insisting. Everyone in the room looks at the flat line, hoping beyond hope she will come back. They try to bring her back with pads and electric shock, but it’s not working. She is still bleeding, and Abby is waiting rather impatiently for her back-up plan to arrive.
