“I don’t know how long it will take to prepare what you need, Alpha Erick.”

Her response pushed me to the brink of a nervous breakdown.

“What do you mean? Why do you need so much time? The last time you were outside their territory, you told me it would be a piece of cake. What’s changed now?” I growled through the phone but the witch remained calm and indifferent.

“I revisited the area using an invisibility spell and the aura around the Opal Moon pack has changed. There is something or someone extremely powerful and hard to be defeated even with my spells,” the witch told me.
