“Look, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to raise my voice at you,” he apologized a few seconds later when I pouted my lips.
“It’s alright, Henry. I know I am at fault here. Hmmm can we grab something to eat? I am starving,” I asked, and he nodded.
“Okay,” he nodded his head in agreement.
As Henry was driving, I couldn't help but steal glances at him. The car glided through the bustling city streets, surrounded by towering buildings and the vibrant glow of shop lights.
He displayed great patience with me, despite my impulsive and risky actions. It was him who apologized first even if I was at fault. As I glanced at him, I grew to appreciate him even more because of his patience. In fact, I was impressed by his composure while driving.
