Chapter 73

As soon as my baby woke up, the nanny played with him for a few minutes, and she even tried to show Keiran how busy we were. Then, she went to take care of him such as bathing the baby, changing his diaper, and feeding him.

In no time at all, Asher and I were ready to face his parents. As we made our way to the grand breakfast hall, we were greeted by the scent of freshly brewed coffee and warm pastries.

As we walked side by side, my heart fluttered with nervousness because today, I would finally meet Asher’s parents; Alpha Marcus and Luna Amelia. I couldn’t help but confess my jumbled emotions to Asher as we approached the hall. Then, my voice betrayed the butterflies that had taken up residence inside my stomach.

“I can’t help it but I am really nervous,” I whispered to Asher and he glanced at me. Then, he gently squeezed my hand to offer me a comforting presence.

“My mother will adore you just as much as I do. Just be yourself, okay?”

His words were
