Chapter 60

“Oh, condoms! Nope,” he replied. “Don’t worry, you’ll be fine,” he assured me, then Henry moved away from my body and picked up his clothes from the floor, so I wrapped a blanket around myself. I couldn't look at him as he dressed, so I turned away and stared at the plain wall.

When I heard the door close behind me, I finally got out of bed. After getting dressed, I sat down and stared at nothing. It hit me like a ton of bricks when I realized the gravity of what I'd done earlier. When I took a deep breath, he immediately looked at me.

“Don’t stress yourself too much,” he suggested.

It was easier for him to say that because he had no idea about what I have been through. He had no idea how much I suffered because he impregnated me before. It was partly my fault for being wild that night, but men were supposed to use protection during one-night stands! Why did he choose to become irresponsible that night? He ruined my life!
