Chapter 21

A cold wind hit the tree far below and shook it. It caused several dry leaves to fall, and most of them were right on top of them.

Hayoon looked away first, Jeon got to his feet. He looked around and scratched his throat, rubbing his hands together to warm it up a little.

"It's getting cold..." Hayoon commented quietly, getting to her feet.

"Better go?" Jeon asked and saw him nod.

Hayoon then collected the containers where there used to be water and put them in the bag along with the remaining snacks.

The little dogs looked tired now, they were lying on the grass next to each other and even though Hayoon and JaeHwa had agreed to go, seeing them like that made them wait a little longer.
