Chapter 42
The sky was painted with the new dawn that was being born, and Hayoon watched it through the window of the hospital room.
He hadn't slept that night. Not because he had felt pain, the medicine was good at relieving them and the physiotherapy was going well, since he was already able to go to the bathroom on his own, as long as he used crutches for support.
And that was so frustrating...
Park, however, had the tip of his nose glowing red. His eyes were sparkling, the brown had never been so bright. The paths like cold winter rivers, that the tears painted on the pillow was still vivid and he knew he needed to stop that cry soon or someone would see him.
But he still had so much anger in him, so much longing, so much tiredness that was mixed with so many other feelings that he simply couldn't stop.
Maybe that was the fifth time he had cried since asking JaeHwa to go home with the child they now had together, and he had also asked to be alone for a while.<
