Chapter 143. A Twist of Fate

At nighttime, as the sky darkened with the sight of the full moon blocked by the dim heavy clouds, Jason stared at his pack members who moved about in preparation to attack Yoldes' palm in the city of Portico.

His main target being Alphonse and his Nightclaw pack.

Tonight, he had no reason to fear the hunters or whatnots, as he had the perfect plan in mind to lure Alphonse out.

His gammas, Terry, Igor, and Harrod stood right behind him with stem expressions, all ready for the attack as well.

Just then,

Vroom! Vroom!

Sounds of several vehicles were heard from all around as the whole place slowly lit up under the illumination of headlights.

Before Jason could even frown, several bikes and cars rushed out of the woods and came into sight as they surrounded the entrance to the Moonblood pack residence near the woods.

Jason looked at this with a slight scorn, wondering just what pack had the audacity to raid the Moonblood pack residence.
