The secret room where Roshanay andother family memebrrs were in was located in the basement. Near the ceiling there were small windows that made it visible to Roshanay what was happening outside.

And that’s when Roshanay noticed Moosa nearing the main room and Sohrab who was about to turn there. Roshanay knew that Sohrab would notice Moosa but Moosa wouldn’t.

Because of the increasing anxiety she already had for Moosa, she acted on her instincts and stepped out to turn Sohrab’s attention so he wouldn’t turn and see Moosa.

Moosa noticed that and went into hiding while Sohrab began to follow Roshanay.

She didn’t know what she did was right or wrong. If she hadn’t acted on time, she feared Sohrab would have taken Moosa’s life without Moosa even noticing he was there. And when she stepped out to save Moosa, it still costed Moosa his life as now he wasn’t waking up.
