Chapter 66. Liar
Staring straight in his eyes, she asked again, "what if I'm not at fault?"
What if I'm forced...
Moosa stared at her for a few moments before uttering, "half truth is also a lie, Roshanay," was his brief response, as he slowly pulled off of her hand from her arm. A sense of dejection overcame Roshanay. Stabbing at her chest. "And for me a liar is equally committed in the crime," caressed her knuckles and walked towards the door.
Roshanay kept staring at his back when he turned towards her, "also your grounding is over today," he announced and left meanwhile Roshanay tried decoding his words.
Half truth is also a lie...
She opened the door and ran behind him as he was in the middle of hallway, "Moosa!" she called out, grabbing his attention as he turned towards her.
She approached him with quick steps as now she had his entire attention, "I asked you... what if I'm not at fault.... what if that half truth is forced out of me?
