Chapter 72. Hayder
They all realized, the bullet was fired at an angle that it only slashed his skin and pierced the bottom of the apple.
All the life left Rehan's legs, as he bended his knees and knelt down on the ground, crying. A burning sensation tingling his head but it was unbearable.
"Rather disobeying my direct order is to be given a punishment worse than a mere head-shot," Hayder announced his intentions to Rehan.
Disobeying his commands was something so un-tolerable for him. It brought a different kind of beast within him, if someone went against his orders. And Rehan just did that.
"Take him to the basement. His days are numbered," Hayder ordered his men and placed his rifle away as his men took Rehan away to the basement.
