THE ONE GOOD THING about compartmentalizing is that when you smile at the face of your mate-to-be, you do not think about the way your boyfriend lights up your body with just one look.

Guilt doesn't eat you are nor does it whisper in your ear when you are posing in various wedding photos with said mate-to-be.

The good thing about compartmentalizing is you think of your duty as a joke. A job you need to complete both for the peace of your mind and your mate-to-be's obliviousness. And Miki is oblivious, isn't he?

Alpha North wasn't trying to be charming when he'd said Miki was radiant. He is radiant. He smiles and laughs a lot. When he does, his smug diva face changes into the loveliest shape. He talks a lot too, always finding something to say noticing things and commenting on it.
