Chapter 47. I'll Take Danas from You

The fire of anger within Davina has yet to subside. Danas had just left because she had a consultation scheduled, while Davina had finished her consultation before meeting Danas earlier. Even though it was now time to go home because there was no more business at the lecture, Davina didn't necessarily move from the place where she was.

Davina grabbed her cell phone from her bag. She searched for her brother's contact and clicked the call button. In just a few seconds the phone was connected.

"Hello, Dav?" greeted Jagad from the other end of the line.

"Jagad!" burst out Davina, making Jagad surprised.

"Hey, hey, hey... what's going on? Are you crying?" asked Jagad teasing his sister. He could tell from the tone of her voice that Davina was not crying, but angry.
