Jason decided that they needed to be in court today so as to know if James and Trish responded to the Summons. Jason already knew how James would behave and how he would try to counter every piece of evidence they were bringing; he knew this because that was what he would have done, too, if he was in James' shoes or Trish's shoes.

Jason looked over at Kitty. He was no longer surprised about most of the characters she exhibited.

They were so tired after gathering information and finding more details because they couldn't just use the initial Information that James and Trish could counter.

He looked at his wife sleeping so peacefully beside him. She had not slept in his room since the death of Katherine.
