Lillian’s POV

I stumbled upon the witches’ funeral, and then I realized it was for the controller who had been secretly murdered earlier.

They were holding his funeral when I saw them earlier. This was what they were doing.

“It seems the controller belongs to the witch faction.” Arsenio speculated and stood beside me.

“And possibly manipulated by Jason,” he added, tucking his hands into his pocket.

I sighed. Arsenio might be right with his speculations.

“They were holding his funeral here.” I pointed out to Arsenio.

“Yes. It only proves that he belongs to them.”

“We have to find the witches.” I turned to Arsenio, and he frowned at me.

“Why?” he questioned.
