Lillian's POV

From Cathy, I learned about the witches' animosity towards the werewolves. That it stems from their leader's influence.

"You saved me despite the hostility the witches have for werewolves."

She simply shrugged. "I can do that for anyone who needs my help and you happen to be one of them. I couldn't have watched something happen to you when I could help."

"You're so kind." I vouched. Cathy smiled and clasped her hand over mine.

"You must have wondered why I was staring at those eyes of yours earlier."

I nodded, when I woke up, she was looking at me in the eyes with so much curiosity.

"I have seen those eyes before. It reminds me of someone." Cathy added and her smile widened.
