The Omegas were incited by fear, I don't know what Lucas said to the Omegas that made them have those fearful looks in their eyes when they stared at Lillian.

They distanced themselves from Lillian, even the red-haired girl that Lillian was close to, they moved away from the side Lillian was standing and went opposite her direction.
