The Omegas were incited by fear, I don't know what Lucas said to the Omegas that made them have those fearful looks in their eyes when they stared at Lillian.

They distanced themselves from Lillian, even the red-haired girl that Lillian was close to, they moved away from the side Lillian was standing and went opposite her direction.

They cast suspicious looks at Lillian at intervals as if they were suspecting something.
