Chapter 71. The Battle at Alpha’s Fury’s Pack

~Aldrich's Pov~

I carried Lillian in my arms the moment she passed out, I took her out of the cave and led her back to Alpha's Fury Packhouse.

Arsenio met with me when I was taking her to the pack house. He has been running down here.

"Fuck, what happened?" He pants heavily.

"Lillian is wounded, we need to get her treated at the pack house."

"Did she fight the demon all by herself?" He asked, staring down at Lillian and then took his gaze back at me.

I nodded. "She fought that beast all by herself, and we weren't there to help."

"We need to hurry to seek help, so Lillian could get treated." He suggested and sighed.

After we got separated by the snowstorm, it took a while before we recollected ourselves and discovered where we were, it was far away from the pack house. We had to find our way back to the pack house, and that was the reason we returned late.
