I watched Mother and Hermes argue, and they seemed to be in some sort of discussion. Hermes lost focus, and I seized the opportunity to rescue Mother from his hold.

I slammed my hand on his chest, and a force erupted from it, pushing him away from Mother. He screeched backward, hitting his back against the podium.
