I was unable to fathom Hermes' betrayal, watching all of these happening seems unreal to me.

I stepped closer after Lillian ordered him to kneel. I wanted to hear him speak the truth.

I confronted him, Lillian held my hand to pull me back from him, but I stopped her, I needed to know the truth for myself.

"You said you couldn't like someone like me." My voice sounded weak, and I honestly didn't like the way I sounded as I spoke to him.
