I know I promised Freya and Rufus I wouldn’t get myself into trouble, but now I knew where Hazel’s cottage was situated, I couldn’t deny I needed to find Sienna. And the cottage seemed like the first place to look.

Jumping into my car, I took the path into the forest, my headlights guiding the way as darkness crept around me. I spotted the turning, and pressing my foot down onto the accelerator, I felt my heart race, thumping in my ears as I became eager to see Sienna.

I knew she was there, I could feel my chest warming the closer I got to the cottage.
