Chapter 19. Strange Confidence

Miatta's POV

I hadn't meant to say those words but immediately they left my lips, I couldn't take them back. He wanted me, the Lycan Prince wanted me and I knew it. The knowledge of that gave me a kind of confidence that I thought I had lost.

His eyes traced every movement of my legs and I made sure he saw how wet I was. I was supposed to hate him and I was attracted to Luke too but I could not understand why I was drawn to this monster. He had placed a collar on me and limited my wolf yet I was wet because of him. The monster leaned against the wall, stroking himself and I wanted to see what he was hiding in there.

“Don't tempt me, Miatta. I won't be held responsible for what I would do to you,” he darkly replied, breathing heavily.

I rose from my knees slowly, allowing him to look his fill. I wouldn't let him have his way with me however; I just wanted to tease him a little. I sauntered to him, taking my time and enjoying his attention.
