Chapter 88

A sneaky smile appeared on Dylan’s face as he sat in his chambers, trying not to think of what Foden might be up to with Sansan in the study. He had expected him to be out by now, but since he wasn’t, something was definitely going down. It excited him, knowing Foden won’t pass up the chance to make things right with Sansan.

Waving off the thoughts, he leaned into the chair and was about to close his eyes when he heard a knock on the door.

“You can come in,” he called out to the person.

One of the messengers walked in. “Good morning, dear Alpha.”

“Morning.”

“Two letters arrived for you this morning. One from the northern pack and another from the undercover messenger.”

Dylan’s heart raced at the thought of Mark sending in a letter. It’s only been over a week since Alpha Ralph helped them with the needed materials. For everyone’s sake, Dylan hopes it’s a form of good news.

“Where the hell is Foden?” he bellowed to no one in particular.
