There was nothing that could be said that night. Alpha Knight wanted their discussion on a calm basis because he himself reasoned awfully when he wasn't in his right mind.

“If you have unfinished business, take care of it as soon as you can. Because you're going with us to Balendin Pack,” he said.

“Balendin... Pack?”

“Someone explain what a pack is to him,” Wayne said with a scoff. Olive walked to Walter.

“A pack is a community of wolves. A wolf pack. We're wolf shifters that belong to the biggest pack in the country. This is Alpha Wayne Knight, leader of Balendin Pack. I am Luna Olive Knight, his wife and mate. That's Beta Jake Gurner, you can see him as the deputy of Alpha Knight. The young guy is Shem Knight, Alpha Knight's younger brother. And that very quiet gentleman is Crusoe Scott, he's one of Alpha Knight's Elite.”

Walter nodded appreciatively.
