Chapter 156. Going to Meet the Human Father

Dolly and Vanessa were shocked to find out they had a brother out of the blue. A grown man at that.

Dolly was the most shocked because she was a huge fan of Walter Lance and had often sneaked out to watch his games in the human world. She was so excited that he was her full brother that she hugged him tightly and went on and on about how talented he was. She only stopped when Wayne began to look at her like she was insane.

After the crew concluded that they would be going to the human world to meet Walter’s human father, they spent the night before the trip in The Circular Cabinet. Everyone else acted like Walter was already one of them, except Wayne, who remained incredibly stiff around him. Walter had learned to avoid his newfound big brother like the plague completely, and so peace reigned.

The next day, however, they had to work together. Olive stayed behind
