I watched through the office window as the participants of the selection stood outside, ready to start the trial. The night had a pleasant temperature. The wind gently swayed the leaves of the trees, creating a constant whisper that seemed to amplify the anticipation of the trial in the air. My eyes involuntarily focused on Anastasia. She was dressed entirely differently from the others, which intrigued me even more. The other participants wore flowing, delicate dresses that honestly did not match the wild and natural environment they were about to face in a few minutes. In contrast, Anastasia wore dark, tight-fitting clothes made of durable fabric, more prepared to face the challenge.
