Chapter 43. Filling with Kingdom Affairs

Ethan's POV

With my body still agitated, I couldn't stand still. I forced myself to walk around my spacious room, trying to release all the pent-up energy because of Anastasia. The rich tapestries hanging on the walls seemed to tighten the edges of space, as if the room itself was trying to contain me.

"Yes, I paid very close attention to every stupid word that girl said to me! She's completely and utterly focused on becoming the queen! She couldn't care less about me; her only goal is to have power and status!" I replied begrudgingly, huffing with anger.

I wanted to throw something against the wall and scream. I grabbed a wooden chair and threw it against the wall with all my might, a scream escaping with it, and I felt my entire body tremble. The impact reverberated through the room, and the wood shattered, spreading fragments across the floor.

"For the mercy of the Moon Goddess, Ethan! Control yourself, why have a fit of
