Chapter 47. Our Plan

Raven's POV

The next day, Amelia arrives at my palace for us to have some tea and for her to tell me how things are going in the kingdom of Luparctica with my sister. The morning is clear and fresh, the sun bathing the palace with a golden light that makes the white stones of the building shine.

"Tell me that little thief is dead, Amelia!" I ask with excitement in my voice, hoping to receive excellent news. My impatience is almost palpable, and each second of waiting feels like an eternity.

We are sitting on the balcony of my room, where we have a beautiful view of the forest and also the Olympic-sized pool. Amelia is wearing an outfit that consists of a jean skirt that goes halfway down her thigh and a dark blue crop top.
