LENORA'S POV

After school, I tried to search for Ariel to ask if she had spoken with the school mistress yet but I couldn't find her anywhere near the school compound nor could I pick her scent.

I tried to search for her mate instead but I still couldn't track any of them with their smile until a realization hit me and I prayed it wasn't true.

There was no way Ariel would just leave the school and not say goodbye to me, especially knowing the fact that she wouldn't come back here anymore since she would be on a 2 years break and might homeschool.

I immediately brought out my phone from my pocket and on swiping the screen open, I immediately saw the text Alaric had sent and remembered I hadn't replied to it still but there was nothing for me to say as I didn't even want to come face to save with him for now until my embarrassment dies down.
