Chapter 42. Reunited with My Mate

Venus didn't listen to me. 

She closes her eyes for a few seconds. 

I was about to interrupt her, but she opened her eyes earlier than expected. When she opened them, their colors changed into oceanic blue. 

She started to mumble different kinds of languages that I couldn't;t understand even a bit. 

But as she says those words, a smoke appears around the mansion. It is crawling all around the corner of the mansion and venus just looks different. 

Is this the real appearance of a guardian?

It took a while before she finishes doing her thing. 

She closed her eyes again. As she opened them, I heard the growling sound coming from the basement. 

With that, I looked at the moon. 

"It's perfectly round. I couldn't even stop myself admiring it."
