Chapter 127. Big Reveal

~3RD PERSON’S POV~

Gabriella’s eyes slowly opened up as she groaned. As her blurry vision cleared up, she found her friends sitting beside her bed. She sat up and looked around at everyone staring at her.

“What wrong?” Gabriella asked.

“You tell us, you suddenly went completely stiff earlier. I thought something bad happened to you,” Marian said.

“Hmmm. Where's my mother? Is she alright?” Gabriella asked as a look of worry suddenly grew on her face.

“She came back a few hours after you went stiff. She was in really bad shape. We wanted to take her to a hospital, but she asked us not to,” Lily replied.

“Where is she now?” Gabriella asked.

“In her room,” Lily replied.

Gabriella quickly got off her bed and rushed through the passages to Anaya's room. She knocked on the door multiple times, but there was no answer. She grabbed the door’s handle and pushed it open forcefully, yelling, “Mother! Are you in there?"
