~GABRIELLA'S POV~

“Whoa, you went through all that after we got separated?" Angela asked Valerie with a surprised expression on her face.

“Yeah, and we really wouldn't have gotten out of that large tower if it wasn't for Gabriella here. She ended up being the only one who could move the gemstone, meaning if she hadn't come with us, we would have been trapped down in the tower forever,” Valerie replied.

“Oh common, I'm sure you guys would have found another way if I wasn't there,” I said, blushing a little.

“Well, Gabriella, it's nice to meet you, and it's also nice to know that Sinclair wasn't all alone when the storm took her away from us,” Angela said, stretching her hand forward for a handshake.

“Oh? Okay, that's new. We thought you'd hate that I made new friends and completely forgot about my sister's,” Marie said, her eyes squinting in suspicion.
