Chapter 69
The Fight
Smoke is engulfing them, and all they can see are sparks of fire coming either from the lighted arrows which are direct to kill them or from burning bodies. The oil which is poured on them indeed does miracles as it burns them into ashes.
The cloudy smoke from the burning, skins and bushes around renders their vision more blurred with darkness.
“Fuck, it smells burnt meat, I can believe this is the smell of our men.” Andrew whimpers furiously.
“Dad, we can barely see, I told you this was a bad idea. This attack is the worse decision you’ve ever taken in your life. I told you to wait and to attack during the day but as usual, your stubbornness and impatience have led us here. Now we are losing a lot of men. We should run back before we all die here.” Andrew says furiously. As much as he’s father, he hates losing.
“You’re distracting me with your soreness. If you can’t see you should on your fire and stop whimpering like a child.” the King
