Chapter 74

Eve

It was still very dark when I shifted into my wolf and I ran into the wilderness without any second thoughts. I felt useless, good at nothing. Even the easiest thing I was unable to do. I can’t even look at my father straight in the eyes as if it wasn’t frustrating enough. Eve almost died in my hands and I did nothing to save her.

It’s better for me to run back to the human world at least there I had a more defined life with better objectives. But after second, though I remember that I have nothing. My company was taken away from me. This is frustrating for one to take the robe. Unfortunately I’m not a caword. I mean I haven’t reach that extend yet. 

Seriously speaking, what am I good at? This question keeps roaming my mind as I’m running to an unknown place. For the first time in a very long while, I’m thirsty, hungry and I need flesh. 

In the process of running, I wound myself and I’m forced to shift back into my human form. It is so painful.
