That name was unknown to me. Who was this guy that Raina was bonding with behind my back? Instantly, I was racked with insane jealousy and ridiculous possessiveness. We definitely will be talking about this dude later. I'll sure as hell remember to bring him up. I'll fucking find him. I swear!

Anyways, I locked in my brother, Vaheed, and yes, that was right.

I risked peeking over at Raina. I was too concerned to not glance over at her after every question. She mimicked the same, chewing on her bottom lip and looking extremely uneasy.

A lone crystalline tear rolled down her pale cheek. Why? Glancing at her white question board in the star-dabbled universe, I held my breath with brooding displeasure.

Her question: ‘Was Valen ever intimate with Snow?’

My eyes narrowed to slits at Artemis.

The goddess shrugged, thrust out her chin, and then commented on the question. “Uh-oh. That one’s a slayer.”
