This woman! Why was Raina here? Was she hurt? The bond thumped with urgency to find her, sending my emotions all over the place.

“Raina, answer me.” I snapped through the mind-link. Her silence frustrated me and I let out a loud vibrating growl that I was sure shook the forest grounds.
