Chapter 24
Justin’s POV
Eli was in my apartment right when my boys arrived. I sighed when I opened my front door and saw them. They’re annoying, especially when Eli is here in my apartment. She brought me pastries from her class, and I asked her if she would like to paint with me, and she happily agreed.
I took my painting materials into the living room, where she was. I have an extra canvas, so it’s perfect.
My friends sat down in the living room with grins on their faces while watching us paint. Eli was so friendly to talk nicely to them even though they were being jerks.
“If there’s nothing going on between the two of you, you don’t mind if I ask her out on a date, do you?” Joshua, one of my friends, said and smirked at me. Eli looked at me after Joshua said those words.
I jokingly punched his arm, and my friends laughed. Why are they even here in my place? They’re ruining the mood.
“You’re so full of shit, Josh,” I said.
