Eliana’s POV

The day had come to an end. We closed the shop, and we, together with Aly, drove on the way home.

“Don’t you have a boyfriend, Aly?” Justin suddenly asked. Aly is the type of person who is very private when it comes to her relationship.

Aly’s face lit up, and she smiled. “Yes, I do, and we’ve been together for more than a year,” she said.

“That’s great! How is it doing long distance with him?” Justin asked, obviously curious.

“It’s not easy, but we make it work. We try to communicate as much as possible, and we trust each other, you know,” Aly smiled.

“I can imagine how hard it must be,” I chimed in.

“It’s hard, but you’ll get through it. He just needs to finish his 2-year contract, and he told me he’s going back here to be with me, and maybe start another business,” she said.

“Why don’t we go to a bar? Enjoy some good music and have some alcohol? I won’t drink much because I will drive, but you two can drink,” Aly
