I got home and went straight to the study to look for my dad.

I wanted him to be there and I found him there, going through some documents.

“It’s still too early for you to come back from school and it’s becoming a habit for you not to knock on the door,” he said not bothering to look up.

“I saw the plane tickets that you had given to Andrea,” I said.

“Oh! So you have finally know the truth?” he said as he stared up at me.

“Yes I have and let me tell you what I did to the ticket, I tore it up,” I said feeling very angry.

“Well that’s alright, I can certainly buy a new one.”

“Leave Andrea alone;” I said hitting the table angrily.

“I don’t mind wasting my money to buy another ticket as long as that girl leaves your life for good,” He said.
