"What's taking her so long?" I wondered after a few minutes had passed, but she was not back yet.

I finally attended to my business and also took the liberty to take a bath, and the feeling of the water in my body helped me to clear my mind.

Even after I was out of the bathroom, my captor hadn't returned, and even though I tried calling her several times, she still didn't return to my room.

While waiting for her, I thought of a way to escape my captor by using the element of surprise. I would be hiding on the side of the door, and once she opened it, I would grab her and pin her down, making her immobile.
