Chapter 8. Power Outage

The Gladwin family home suddenly became pitch black. The eyes of anyone in the house could not see anything, there was only pitch black darkness. 

Galdwin's voice immediately surprised Ed Shane, who was so close to Ivy. Ed Shane immediately moved away from the woman's body. 

Visible in about three meters from where Ed Shane and Ivy were, a black silhouette of a human with a build very similar to Gladwin's. 

Indeed, what Ed Shane and Ivh saw was true, he was Galdwin who had said to Ed Shane to turn on the light switch that went out. 

"Y--yes, Dad." Ed Shane said, quickly getting up from his chair. 

His heart was beating fast, in his little man's heart he hoped that Gladwin would not see what had just happened between him and Ivy. 

It's possible that not only Lilyana, but also Gladwin suspects that her daughter-in-law is having an affair. Ed Shane, who was still dissatisfied with what he did, didn't want this to happen.
