Chapter 56. Closer

After Penelope closed the door of Dylan's room, she went down to the kitchen to fix the biscuits made by her son.

She immediately arranges the child-made biscuits and puts them in a container. After setting the biscuits, she saw how much needed to be washed in the sink, so she volunteered to clean.

"Penelope," Harper said when she saw him washing the dishes. "It's enough to wash the dishes; rest first, and you might get tired. Since you arrived, you've been helping us," she added.

She looked at her and smiled. "It's okay, mama Harper; I'm fine here," she said.

Harper "Penelope" approached her, she said and took her hands soaking in the sink, and immediately wiped her hands. "That's enough; if you don't stop, I'll be angry with you," she teased.
