Chapter 12

Rodriguez guides him out of the living room and they walk to a small car where a driver is already waiting. Rodriguez sits at the back seat while he directs Jacob to sit beside the driver.

"Where to, boss?" The driver asks with a warm smile.

"The shooting range, Miguel"

With that, they drive off and shortly they are at a vast expanse of green field. There are make-believe targets placed all over the field. Once they get down from the car, Miguel hurriedly produces a briefcase from the car boot. Rodriguez nods towards Jacob's direction.

"Take your pick", Miguel opens the briefcase and there is an array of pistols. Jacob chooses the silver one.

"Show me what you've got my boy." Rodriguez taps his back and moves some inches backwards.

Jacob aims, shoots and does not miss. This continues till the round of bullets in the pistol are exhausted. Rodriguez gives a hearty laughter.
